Paneer - 250 g
Chillies, chopped - 3
Onion chopped - 1
Tomato, chopped - 1
oil - 2 tsp
salt to taste
Cumin seeds
Dhania leaves
Method:
Add oil to the pan.
When oil is hot, add cumin seeds.
Add green chillies.
Add onions and fry till translucent.
Add tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes.
Break the paneer into very small pieces and add to he above tadka.
Add salt. fry for another 5 min.
Add dhania leaves.
Serve hot with roti.
