Ingredients
1 liter fresh milk
2 cup sugar
1 lemon juice
3 - 4 cup water
3 - 4 cardamom
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Boil milk
Add lemon juice in milk to make fresh cheese ( paneer)
Pour it in a clothe to drain water, leave it for a while
When all water is drained, mash it with hand until it become soft dough
Add baking powder, mash again
Make small balls, keep aside.
Meanwhile boil water, add sugar and cardamom to make syrup
Add paneer balls in boiling syrup and boil them for about 10 - 15 minutes
Turn off flame and let them dip into syrup for 2 - 3 hours
Ready to serve
