Poori

Ingredients:
Atta: 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Oil 1 tsp
Water to knead
Oil to fry

Method
Mix atta, salt, 1tsp oil together.
Add water and prepare dough.
Divide dough into 6-7 parts, shape into balls.
Roll each into 4" rounds with the help of some oil or dough.
Heat oil in a deep pan, fry on both sides till light brown
