Tindora

Tindora - 250g, chopped
Onion - 1 large, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 4, chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chillies - 3 chopped
Coconut powder according to taste
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt - to taste

Recipe:
Add oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds.
When they splutter, add curry leaves, chopped chillies and ginger garlic paste.
When it changes color, add onions. Fry them till translucent.
Add tomatoes and fry them for another 5 min.
Add coconut powder and fry for a minute.
Add tindora and salt. Cook till done.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
