Egg Rice

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
30-45ml of vegetable oil
450 gms of cooked rice
2 spring onions finely chopped
115gms of frozen peas

Method
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl with a few pieces of spring onions.
Heat oil in a wok, and lightly scramble the eggs.
Add the cooked rice and stir to make sure that each gain of rice is separated.
Add the remaining salt, spring onions and peas.Blend well and serve.
